The RocketRAID 2721 is an 8-Port SAS 6Gb/s PCI-E Gen 2 x8 RAID HBA. Supported natively by OS X 10.7 Lion, the RcoektRAID 2721 provides 4 external 6Gb/s device ports, and can support RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50, and JBOD configurations of up to 4 SAS/SATA drives, including the latest 3TB models.
Note: Mac Pro systems do not support the RR2721's internal device port (SFF-8087).
